For a quick overview of what events are in your tracks, look at the Song Editor. Bars with notes or other events will have colored bars in them. Notes are black, text is dark blue, symbols are pink, controllers are light blue, pitch wheel events are green, aftertouch is reddish purple, program changes are red, tempo changes are light purple and wave events are light purple.
Click the right mouse button on a given bar and select one of the editors from the menu to see the events in more detail.
Use the Event List for a detailed view all the events in a given track. You can filter the type of events displayed with the Event Type Filter list box and the channel of events displayed using the Channel list box.
